So I don't know if there is a relation between that and my problem. The other issue, is that I can't locate the app on the store anymore. The app loads up normally, but when I hook up my zune, there's no detection.
I have used this frequently as I constantly update playlists, and I even remember using it the day before I 'upgraded'. My problem is that ever since I 'upgraded' to Sierra, my Zune can't sync up with the Window's Phone app, as if it can't detect it. They since discontinued the service and my only other option, which was far easier by the way, was the Windows Phone app (formally known as Windows Phone 7 connector) available through the Mac app store. Originally, the way you would control and transfer music to the device was through the Zune software by Microsoft. It has been super reliable over the years and even to this day. I listen to music while I'm at the gym via my Zune HD.
